SharePoint Portal Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise SharePoint Online portals and collaboration platforms aligned with business and organizational requirements.

• Create and manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, content structures, and user-friendly portal interfaces.

• Develop and implement business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, including approval workflows, notifications, task automation, and end-to-end process orchestration.

• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services, external applications, and third-party systems using APIs and modern integration approaches.

• Customize and extend SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), modern web parts, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and other supported development frameworks.

• Configure and manage SharePoint security, access controls, permissions, governance, and compliance in accordance with enterprise policies and Microsoft 365 standards.

• Design effective document management and content management solutions, including metadata, content types, version control, retention, search, and collaboration capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online, Power Automate, workflow, permissions, integration, and performance issues.

• Provide ongoing production support, maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

• Follow Microsoft 365 and enterprise development, security, governance, and compliance standards throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Stay current with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SPFx, and cloud collaboration capabilities and recommend opportunities for platform improvement and automation.
