Sr Analyst III Software Engineering (Sisense)

Job Description:

A Sisense Developer designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards and data models (ElastiCubes) to deliver actionable insights. Key responsibilities include writing SQL for ETL processes, optimizing performance, and integrating disparate data sources. Candidates should have strong data modelling, SQL skills, and experience with Sisense AI-driven analytics. 
Key Responsibilities
•    Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Sisense.
•    Data Modelling & ETL: Develop and optimize Sisense ElastiCubes and implement ETL processes to prepare data.
•    SQL Development: Utilize strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
•    Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune dashboard performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
•    Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
•    Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot data issues, manage system upgrades, and maintain data integrity. 
 
Requirements
•    Technical Skills: Proven experience with Sisense platform, ElastiCube management, and complex SQL queries.
•    Data Visualization: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visual reports.
•    Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server).
•    Experience: 2-5+ years in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Soft Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 
 
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with Sisense Compose SDK or API customization.
•    Familiarity with cloud data warehousing solutions.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for advanced data manipulation
