We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Property & Casualty Business Process Services (BPS) leader to take operational leadership of a large, global insurance BPS portfolio serving Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carriers.

This is a hands-on business and operations leadership role. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience running outsourced P&C insurance operations from the service-provider/BPO side, leading large onshore and offshore organizations, managing complex client relationships, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.

The role will be responsible for helping mature and grow an established P&C BPS business, moving beyond operational stabilization toward stronger delivery performance, innovation, client expansion, and profitable growth.

Candidates whose experience is primarily within an insurance carrier, consulting environment, technology implementation role, or generic call-center operation will generally not meet the core requirements unless they also have substantial outsourced P&C BPS leadership experience.
