Dispatcher

At Ervin Cable Construction, LLC, as a Dispatcher, you’ll manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You’ll track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

• →Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
• →Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other  departments
• →Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary
• →Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
• →Handle and process data from multiple sources 
• →Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
• →Keep records of service calls and work orders
• →Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
• →Other duties as assigned

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills is preferred
