Lead the review, negotiation, and execution of client and subcontractor contracts

Interpret contract terms and advise Operations on risk, compliance, and contractual obligations
- →
Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the business
- →
Ensure contracts are properly executed and documented prior to project commencement
- →
Oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- →
Develop and maintain contract standards, templates, and processes
- →
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve contract-related issues and disputes

Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

Experience working with contracts; preparing, managing, modifying and/or administering contracts/proposals

Proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Googlesheets)

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
