We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is a master storyteller and a relentless talent scout. Your goal isn't just to fill seats; it’s to curate a high-performance community of innovators who are passionate about bringing general-purpose robotics to the world.

Be the Face of Dyna: Act as the first point of contact for world-class talent, sharing our mission with enthusiasm and ensuring every candidate leaves their interview inspired; regardless of the outcome.

Curate the Team: Manage the full recruitment journey, from the first "hello" to the signed offer. You’ll find the right balance between growing our headcount and protecting our high-talent bar.

Partner with Visionaries: Work closely with our engineering leads to understand their team’s DNA. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping them define what they need and how to find it.

Build the Pipeline: Use your networking magic to find "hidden gem" candidates who aren't actively looking but are perfect for our mission.

Champion the Candidate: Own the candidate experience. You’ll be their guide, advocate, and point of contact, ensuring the process is fast, transparent, and human.

Refine the Craft: Constantly look for ways to make our hiring process more inclusive, efficient, and reflective of our fast-moving culture.
