We are seeking an experienced, independent Talent Acquisition Manager to own recruiting across our growing US footprint. This is a full-cycle, individual-contributor role for someone who has recruited across multiple US metro markets and understands the real complexities of hiring state to state — compliance, compensation benchmarking, and market nuance included.

We are actively growing through acquisitions, and this role is central to that growth. You will help build the teams behind our newest portfolio companies, with roles spanning sales, operations, carrier reps, and more. This is intentionally a light-HR, heavy-recruiting role — you will spend the vast majority of your time sourcing, building pipelines, and closing great talent, not on HR administration.

Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our growing US footprint, including newly acquired portfolio companies

Partner with functional leaders and portfolio company leadership to build hiring plans for sales, operations, carrier rep, and other roles

Navigate state-to-state hiring complexities across multiple US metro markets, including compensation benchmarking and local market dynamics

Build and maintain talent pipelines across the US, with particular focus on logistics, transportation, and freight talent markets

Represent Dynamic Connections in the market in a way that exemplifies our values and creates an exceptional candidate experience

Own the recruiting systems and tools (ATS, job boards, and similar) that support US hiring

Partner with the broader Talent team on a clean handoff into onboarding, keeping the HR lift light and efficient

Deeply experienced recruiting across multiple US metro markets, with a real understanding of state-to-state hiring complexities

Comfortable working independently and owning a full-cycle recruiting desk with minimal oversight

Experienced hiring within logistics, transportation, or freight — a strong plus, though not required. If you don’t know the industry deeply yet, come ready to learn

Genuinely excited about designing and executing recruitment strategies to access and close top talent

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Process-driven. You can structure recruiting processes, manage internal and external stakeholders, and standardize the candidate experience across a growing, multi-entity portfolio

Results-driven. You have a bias for action, maximizing opportunities and making bold decisions at the right times. You demonstrate ownership and high accountability

Relentless. You are able to successfully navigate uncertainty and excel in the face of ambiguity and frequent change, especially as we integrate new acquisitions. You are self-directed and proactive

5-7+ years into your career in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to multi-state or multi-site hiring
