Field Service Technicians located across the district to optimize retailer coverage.  


Responsibilities of a successful field service technician include, but are not limited to:  
•    Receive and accept service tickets.  
•    Complete preventative maintenance on all Intralot equipment  
•    Diagnose hardware or software related issues.  
•    Repair or replace onsite equipment as needed.  
•    Install, move, and remove equipment.  
•    Report resolution actions and conclusion of visits to the call center.  
•    Operate company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws and regulations.  
•    Always maintain an acceptable level of inventory for their vehicle.  
•    Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and complete any maintenance requirements.  


Position Requirements

  • Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical machinery
  • Problem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues independently
  • Customer service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
  • Physical capability to handle equipment, lift heavy objects, and work in varied field conditions
  • High school diploma with technical experience
