Distribution Supervisor – 2nd Shift | $70,000–$82,000/year

E.A. Sween is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead our second-shift delivery operation. If you know how to coach drivers, solve problems, and hold a team accountable while earning their respect, this is an opportunity to make a daily impact.

This hands-on role puts you at the center of delivery performance, employee development, safety, and customer service. You’ll help ensure products reach customer stores accurately, efficiently, and on time.

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience managing teams and daily operations, including experience in delivery or logistics.

• Previous driving and customer service experience.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively and push or pull up to 300 pounds using a four-wheel dolly or drag hook. The role requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, turning, and reaching, along with work in varying weather conditions.
