Responsibilities
~1 min read- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President and Chief Partner Development Officer, providing context, analysis, perspective, and candid counsel on organizational priorities and decisions.
- Maintain an integrated view of the President’s and Chief Partner Development Officer’s priorities, helping determine where their involvement will have the greatest organizational impact.
- Prepare the President and Chief Partner Development Officer for internal and external engagements by developing briefing materials, agendas, talking points, decision prompts, and relevant background information.
- Protect time for the highest-priority work, and maintain a coordinated flow of information into and out of the President’s and Chief Partner Development Officer’s office.
- Represent the President’s and Chief Partner Development Officer’s office in selected meetings and initiatives, using sound judgment to determine what can be resolved independently, what requires additional stakeholder input, and what should be elevated.
- Translate Department strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, decision rights, dependencies, and measures of success.
- Lead high-priority initiatives that span multiple functions and establish appropriate governance and operating structures for strategic initiatives.
- Identify misalignment, competing assumptions, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies early, and work with leaders to develop practical paths forward.
- Design and maintain effective operating rhythms for the leadership team, including leadership meetings, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, retreats, and company-wide forums.
- Facilitate selected leadership and cross-functional meetings, helping participants navigate competing perspectives, reach decisions, and establish clear next steps.
- Identify patterns in partner and market feedback and help leadership consider the implications for Department’s products, services, and business strategy.
- Strategically manage complex executive calendars, gathering context and using sound judgment to prioritize competing requests, understand scheduling dependencies, anticipate needs, protect time for critical priorities, and ensure executives are prepared for key meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and, as needed, executive travel, ensuring logistics are well managed and executives have the relevant context, agendas, materials, and other information they need.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage follow-through on commitments, deadlines, and key activities, including reserving work time, providing reminders, and establishing timelines as appropriate.
- Manage day-to-day executive logistics and administrative needs, including tracking and submitting expense reports, coordinating meals and travel logistics, and handling other requests that support executives’ productivity and effectiveness.
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leaders and their EAs/coordinators, fostering strong relationships and collaborating effectively on calendars, meetings, projects, and events.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and other EAs/coordinators to support executive suite needs and ensure appropriate coverage for executive events, lunches, Board meetings, and other activities.
- Provide end-to-end support for key leadership and department meetings, including agenda development, presenter coordination, preparation of materials and pre-work, meeting logistics, note-taking, and documenting and communicating decisions, owners, and next steps.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and coordinate executive, department, and firmwide communications, presentations, meeting materials, weekly updates, newsletters, and other content.
- Support the planning and execution of department in-days, team gatherings, and special events, including agenda and content development, logistics, communications, presenter coordination, and the attendee experience.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree and 3-4+ years of post-graduate professional experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, program or project leadership, executive communications, organizational change, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with a senior executive, C-suite leader, or executive leadership team.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and shared ownership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and write clearly for executive and employee audiences.
- Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to guide senior leaders toward decisions, ownership, and next steps.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and handle sensitive executive, organizational, partner, and personnel-related information appropriately.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- Willingness to travel periodically (up to 10%) and provide flexibility outside standard business hours when urgent executive, event, travel, or organizational needs arise.
- Experience in a professional services, research, advisory, technology, subscription-based, talent, human resources, or business-to-business organization.
- Experience designing leadership operating rhythms, strategic planning processes, governance models, decision frameworks, or accountability systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, including an understanding of revenue, partner relationships, product strategy, organizational performance, and resource tradeoffs.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify patterns, assess risk, and recommend action.
- Demonstrated comfort using AI, data, project-management, and collaboration tools, along with the ability to evaluate outputs critically, protect confidential information, and help others adopt new tools thoughtfully.

What We Offer
~3 min readThe anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
