E&B strives to improve patient outcomes through continuing education and providing the latest assessment, rehabilitation, and recovery tools. We specialize in Sports Medicine but treat a diverse range of non-surgical and post-op orthopedic conditions.

• Bachelor's, Master, or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.

• Dual Credential as an Athletic Trainer

• Graston or ISTM Certified

• Myofascial Decompression/Cupping Certification

• Functional Movement Assessment

• Selective Functional Movement Assessment

• Blood Flow Restriction Therapy Certified

• KT Tape or Dynamic Taping

• Active Release Technique

• Dry Needling Certification (Level 1 & 2)

• Performance Enhancement Specialist (NSAM-PES)

• Corrective Exercises Specialist (NASM-CES)

• CSCS Certification
