Building Accurate, Scalable Institutional Client Reporting

We are a global investment management firm reimagining what the next-generation investment organization should look like. As artificial intelligence, automation, data systems, and evolving market structure reshape the industry, we believe the traditional asset management operating model is due for reinvention.

We are investing aggressively in the people, infrastructure, workflows, and technologies that will define that future business model — one that is more intelligent, adaptive, scalable, and integrated across investing, trading, operations, and decision-making.

Data and reporting sit at the operational core of that evolution. The firm's ability to communicate performance, deliver institutional-grade client reporting, and act on information depends on the quality, speed, and integrity of our data infrastructure — a genuine competitive advantage. We are redesigning the reporting workflows and data controls that turn investment information into accurate, timely client deliverables.

This is an environment for builders, problem-solvers, and intellectually curious operators who want to help shape the future state of the investment industry.

We are seeking an Investment Reporting Associate to own the full lifecycle of institutional client reporting and build the workflows that deliver it, from investment data validation and pipeline management through the production and delivery of client-facing performance packages.

This role sits at the intersection of investment reporting and data systems. You will work across our data platform and reporting workflows to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, well-structured performance information — and that the systems producing it keep improving.

The ideal candidate brings investment-management reporting experience and understands what investment data ultimately communicates to a client. You are equally comfortable writing a SQL validation query and redesigning a report layout that makes attribution easier to read. You want to improve the process, not just execute it.

This opportunity is intended for someone who wants to build more than a career. It is for an ambitious professional who wants to help build an enduring Fintech company. The role offers broad exposure to Investment, Product Management, Technology, and Compliance through ownership of the reporting workflows that connect these teams to clients.

  • Redesign and automate institutional client reporting workflows. Map monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, identify manual steps and bottlenecks, and build auditable replacements in Python and SQL — questioning whether steps should exist at all, not just improving them in place.
  • Build and improve reporting pipelines connecting source systems (portfolio, performance, risk) to client reporting outputs, with single-source-of-truth alignment across teams.
  • Deploy AI-assisted tools to accelerate report production — data validation, exception-flagging, and narrative drafting.
  • Own end-to-end production of client deliverables — performance attribution, account summaries, consultant reporting packages — accountable for accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Strengthen reporting databases, reference tables, and reconciliation controls, investigating and resolving investment-data discrepancies and enforcing data-governance standards.
  • Design client report templates and presentation formats for clarity and usability.
  • Partner with Investment, Product Management, Technology, and Compliance teams to gather requirements, fulfill custom client reporting requests, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
  • Experience in investment data, analytics, or institutional client reporting within asset management or a closely related investment-management environment.
  • Working knowledge of investment data concepts (performance, attribution, positions, risk) and an understanding of how data integrity failures affect what clients see and how they interpret it.
  • Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, validation, transformation, and workflow automation, at production-grade level rather than ad hoc queries.
  • Comfort working across reporting and data visualization tools, including AI-native environments, and a bias toward adopting better approaches over established ones.
  • Exposure to financial data platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, FIS, or similar, with comfort navigating the messiness of real-world data environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, evaluate tradeoffs, and propose solutions rather than surface problems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical findings into plain language for investment, operations, and client-facing stakeholders. Ownership of reporting accuracy and timely delivery is essential.
  • Experience with workflow tools, automation, analytics, or process improvement initiatives is helpful, but depth of curiosity, adaptability, and learning orientation matter more than any single technical skillset.

We operate in a high-accountability environment where expectations are high and the work is consequential. We value individuals who take ownership, communicate proactively, and follow through consistently.

We are particularly interested in people who are energized by change and motivated by improvement — individuals who want to rethink established processes, experiment thoughtfully with new technologies, and help shape how a modern investment organization operates.

This is not simply a maintenance role within an established framework. It is an opportunity to help build and evolve the future operating model of the firm.

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including base salary, annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation will reflect experience, capabilities, and the level of ownership and impact associated with the role. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
