About the role As a Clinical Application Specialist, you'll be the clinical expert supporting healthcare professionals in the operating theatre. You'll provide clinical support, deliver product training, and help ensure our surgical technologies are used safely and effectively across various specialties, including ENT, Neurosurgery, Urology, and more. Based in Central. Key responsibilities Provide clinical and technical support during surgical procedures Assist surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre staff with the safe and effective use of our medical devices Coordinate and manage clinical case coverage, including on-call support when required Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical education for healthcare professionals and internal teams Develop strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing clinical support Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support business growth Requirements Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Allied Health, or a related healthcare discipline Experience working in the operating theatre or supporting surgical procedures is an advantage Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching and supporting clinicians Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently Willing to travel and provide on-site clinical support as needed Website: https://www.easmed.com/ Address: Easmed Malaysia Office, Level 6 Menara Summit, Persiaran Kewajipan USJ 1, 47600 UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
