We are seeking a passionate, Full-Time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to join our team in the Clinton, NC area. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of youth by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower families to find their way forward.

As an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a team to provide therapy that involves the child (ages 3–20), their family, and extended family, while also implementing an evidence‑based therapeutic model known as Eco‑Systemic Structural Family Therapy. This will generally occur during the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and may include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system, or coordination of care interventions in the home. You will also participate in the crisis response rotation with your team for one week at a time.

This position has a flexible work schedule from M-F 9am-5pm, however flexible later afternoon scheduling to accommodate families served. 24/7/365 rotating on call with team.

The service area for this position is in Duplin and Sampson counties.

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field with two years of experience with at risk youth OR Master’s degree in a Human Service field with one year of experience with at risk youth
Crisis intervention experience preferred
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
