Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home
Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
