Accounts Receivable Administrator

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support customer payment follow-ups and vendor registrations. This is a coordination and communication role, an accounting background isn’t required.

  Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email.

  Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process our invoices and payments.

• →

  Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation.

• →

  Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates.

• →

  Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed.

• Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently.

• Clear written and spoken English.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership.

• The ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams.

• Previous experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination.

• Experience with Salesforce and Business Central.
