Affiliate Coordinator (LATAM Market)

~2 min read- Build and grow a LATAM affiliate network across the Latin American region including Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile from prospecting and onboarding through to relationship management, deal optimisation and maintaining commission structures and partnership agreements.
- Manage an active portfolio across Casino Review sites, Sports Betting and News Media, SEO, PPC, media buying and mobile apps - analysing performance to maximise traffic quality and surface growth opportunities.
- Evaluate affiliate traffic using analytics and SEO tools to assess geo-distribution, user intent and acquisition potential across markets.
- Own the numbers: track KPIs, report on program performance, and benchmark against key LATAM competitors.
- Monitor shifts in SEO, paid media, app marketing and AI-driven search algorithms across the region.
- Vet partners, monitor activity and ensure compliance with each country's regulatory requirements.
- Handle day-to-day admin and cross-functional coordination to keep the program running smoothly.
- Knowledge of performance marketing channels, including how search engine algorithms and AI impact traffic acquisition across LATAM markets.
- Familiarity with the sports betting, online gambling or crypto industries in Latin America, including awareness of the regulatory landscape in key markets.
- Experience working with or analysing regional media properties, sports publishers or iGaming affiliate networks operating in LATAM.

- At least 1 year of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing or a similar data-driven digital marketing role, with exposure to LATAM markets.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in AI Tools like Claude, Chat GPT, and Microsoft Office Tools like Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, forecasting and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or SimilarWeb to evaluate traffic, conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities across LATAM.
- Ability to analyse website traffic across organic, paid, referral and direct sources to assess quality and identify LATAM-relevant opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the major sports and iGaming websites operating across Latin America, including their audiences, traffic volumes and regional influence.
