Product Design Team Lead

This is an opportunity to shape the future of product design at one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies. You'll lead and mentor a talented team while remaining hands-on, influencing product strategy and delivering experiences used by millions of customers globally.

Working alongside Product, Engineering, and Design leaders, you'll help define how AI is integrated into both our products and our design practice. From improving design workflows to creating intelligent user experiences, you'll play a key role in building the next generation of products while helping establish an AI-first mindset across the team.

As a Product Design Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on product design with people leadership, guiding a team of designers to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that align with both user needs and business goals. You'll coach and develop your team through meaningful feedback, mentoring, and collaboration, while leading by example across key product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Design, Product, and Engineering leaders, you'll help shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions, and champion design as a strategic function across the business. You'll also play a key role in embedding AI into both our products and design practices, driving innovation that enhances user experiences and empowers the team to work smarter.
