OtherSocial Media Coordinator

Be the operational engine of Easygo's paid search function.

Sitting within the Paid Media team and reporting to the Paid Search Lead, this role plays a critical part in translating paid search strategy into well-structured, consistently executed campaigns across Google Search, Apple Search Ads and emerging channels.

While strategic direction is set by the Paid Search Lead, the Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that direction is executed with precision and at pace. You will be the key point of coordination across the paid search team - owning the standards, schedules and systems that keep the function running efficiently.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

  • Maintain and enforce best-in-class campaign structures across Google Search and Apple Search Ads, ensuring consistency with naming conventions, account hierarchies, and trafficking standards set by the Paid Search Lead.
  • Conduct regular account audits to identify structural inconsistencies, potential policy violations, and hygiene issues; flag and resolve promptly.
  • Support the implementation of new campaign builds, ensuring all activity adheres to agreed templates and quality standards before going live.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign structures, settings, and configurations to ensure the team operates from a single source of truth.
  • Own and manage the team's optimisation schedule — ensuring recurring tasks (bid reviews, keyword analysis, match type audits, negative keyword management, Quality Score reviews) are completed on cadence across all accounts.
  • Track and document all optimisation actions taken across accounts, maintaining a structured log that supports knowledge sharing and performance attribution.
  • Flag performance anomalies, budget pacing issues, and optimisation opportunities to the Paid Search Lead for direction and action.
  • Support the implementation of smart bidding strategies and automated rules as directed by the Paid Search Lead.
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across paid search accounts, comparing data from internal business tools, SA360, and analytics platforms.
  • Translate performance data into clear, structured insights summaries for the Paid Media Specialists and Search Lead as well as broader stakeholder communications.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reporting templates and dashboards to ensure consistency and efficiency in insights communication.
  • Support the communication of test-and-learn outcomes — documenting results, summarising findings, and helping the team apply learnings across accounts.
  • Assist in keyword research, expansion, and refinement — including match type management, search term analysis, and negative keyword curation across all accounts.
  • Support the build and QA of Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), ad extensions, and promotional copy in line with the testing roadmap set by the Paid Search Lead.
  • Ensure all ad copy and promotional messaging has been reviewed against compliance and regulatory guidelines before trafficking.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Compliance teams to manage asset timelines and approval workflows.
  • Assist in ensuring all live campaigns, ad copy, and targeting configurations meet platform policies and Easygo's regulatory requirements across all active markets.
  • Maintain compliance checklists and QA frameworks; conduct pre-launch and periodic reviews of campaign settings against agreed standards.
  • Flag policy risks or non-compliant activity to the Paid Search Lead promptly.
  • Conduct regular competitor search landscape analysis — monitoring share of voice, ad copy trends, keyword movements, and promotional activity.
  • Summarise findings and communicate relevant competitor intelligence to the Paid Search Lead and Specialists to inform strategy.
  • Act as a coordination point between the paid search team and internal stakeholders including SEO, Creative, Compliance, and Analytics — managing communications, asset requests, and task tracking.
  • Support the Paid Search Lead in cross-functional planning processes, including budget tracking, campaign calendars, and promotional planning.
  • Assist with onboarding new tools, platforms, or processes as directed by the Paid Search Lead.
  • 1–2 years of experience in paid search, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals — campaign structure, bidding, match types, Quality Score, and ad formats.
  • Strong organisational skills — able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and accounts simultaneously with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with data; able to compile, organise, and present performance information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Strong written communication skills — able to summarise insights clearly and concisely for different audiences.
