Requirements

First Call with Olivier, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (45 minutes)

Manager Interview with your future manager Stefanie Fleisch (VP of Design) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (60 minutes)

Case Study preparation and presentation with your future manager and members of the Design and Tech Team (60 minutes)

Final Interview with the CPO, Sebastien Bardin, to discuss Malt’s long-term vision in terms of AI experience workflows at Malt (30 min) + Coffee with the team (30 min)
