Process Governance & Standardization Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments. Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls. Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives. Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements. Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to leadership. CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA >12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes Ensure effective workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement through Team Leads Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery. Drive succession planning, talent development and organizational readiness to support business growth Strong Intercompany system experience (SAP & Oracle ERP Knowledge (AR / AP / Interco / GL) Multi-national experience essential Communication, collaboration and cross functional skills, understanding of stakeholder requirements
