Minimum five (5) years of Quality Control experience; up to two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Quality Control Manager may be counted toward this requirement
Qualifying experience must have been obtained within the last ten (10) years
Experience as a Site Superintendent or Quality Control Manager on similar size and type construction contracts
Experience with fuels-related major construction trades, including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Coatings work
Equivalent commercial construction experience may be considered if it includes Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Coatings trades
Experience and knowledge using Air Force standards for tank inspection and repairs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management software
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an applicable project-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required experience

Previous experience on Department of Defense construction projects
Experience managing quality control programs on fuel storage tank repair or rehabilitation projects
Familiarity with USACE and NAVFAC quality control procedures
Experience with electronic project documentation systems

Current USACE or NAVFAC Quality Control Management Certification
Certification must remain current throughout the Period of Performance (POP)
Certification must have been completed within five (5) years prior to onsite performance
