Minimum five (5) years of Site Superintendent experience; up to two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent may be counted toward this requirement
Qualifying experience must have been obtained within the last ten (10) years
Experience as a Site Superintendent or Quality Control Manager on similar size and type construction contracts
Experience with fuels-related major construction trades, including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Coatings work
Equivalent commercial construction experience may be considered if it includes Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Coatings trades
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
Ability to manage multiple construction activities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and construction management systems
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an applicable project-related field may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required experience

Previous experience on Department of Defense construction projects
Experience managing fuels-related construction projects
Experience with fuel storage tank repair, rehabilitation, or maintenance projects
Familiarity with USACE and NAVFAC construction standards
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on complex construction projects

Must meet the Site Superintendent qualification requirements identified in UFGS 01 30 00
Required certifications/licenses shall be maintained throughout the Period of Performance (POP) in accordance with UFGS 01 30 00 requirements
