Culinary Nutrition Faculty

Culinary Institute of Virginia (CIV) is the College of Culinary Arts at ECPI University. ECPI University, with campuses in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Online, is a nationally ranked, regionally accredited, private institution offering Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Associate degrees, diploma and certification programs in Technology, Health Science, Business, Criminal Justice, and Culinary Arts. • Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food and nutrition, or related field preferred.
• An undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts or a Foodservice related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of industry experience preferred.
