All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst (IA 4)

Everforth ECS Federal is seeking an All Source Threat Intelligence Analyst (IA 4) to work in our Vienna, VA office. 

Everforth ECS Federal seeks qualified professionals to support national security and intelligence operations in a collaborative, multi‑agency federal environment. This work advances critical government initiatives in identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community. It is a fast‑paced, mission‑driven setting that requires coordination with government partners to deliver timely, accurate analysis and operational support.

This is a 5-year federal contract and requires the ability to work a 24/7/365 operational shift schedule to support this customer’s mission.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational
productivity and program performance; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.
• Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.
• Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases, produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
