Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle ARCS. This includes gathering business requirements, designing the solution architecture, and configuring the system to align with the business reconciliation processes.
• Solutioning & Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on ARCS functionalities and recommend best practices to optimize reconciliation workflows. This often involves collaborating with business users to understand their financial challenges and proposing effective solutions.
• Data Integration: Set up and manage data integration between ARCS and other systems, such as an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or General Ledger (GL) systems. This ensures the smooth flow of financial data for reconciliation.
• Testing and Support: Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support to address any issues.
• Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including functional design and configuration specifications.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Expertise: A strong background in Oracle EPM Cloud, particularly ARCS with at least 8+years of experience.
• Experience with other modules like Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is often a plus. Functional Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, specifically account reconciliation processes. Experience with ERP systems is also preferred.
