Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of civil works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and contractor performance to ensure works are completed according to schedule.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and maintenance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Verify the quality of completed works and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
Monitor site safety practices and report any hazards or safety concerns.
Assist in the review and verification of project handover documents, inspection records, and compliance certificates.
Prepare inspection reports, progress updates, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in civil inspection, construction, maintenance, or facility management.
Knowledge of civil construction practices, quality control, and safety regulations.
