→Manage day-to-day cleaning operations and ensure proper upkeep of cleaning-related facilities within the building compound.
→Supervise cleaning vendors and personnel, including attendance, punctuality, uniforms, work standards, and compliance with contract requirements.
→Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleaning services meet approved schedules, specifications, SLAs, and KPIs.
→Provide in-house training to cleaning teams on quality, safety, work procedures, and scope of services.
→Ensure all cleaning equipment, chemicals, PPE, and supplies are safe, properly maintained, and compliant with relevant standards.
→Monitor cleaning inventories and stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available and properly recorded.
→Manage cleaning-related complaints, maintain proper records, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
→Support vendor management, financial administration, customer communications, compliance, and site health and safety matters, including assisting the Facility Manager during emergencies.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in cleaning operations, building management, facilities management, or site operations.
Experience in supervising cleaning personnel and managing cleaning vendors or contractors.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.
