Ednovate launched its first school in 2012. Since then, we’ve grown to eight schools and are on a trajectory to reach 11 schools in just the next few years (you can read more about our schools here). As an Enrollment Specialist at Ednovate, you will support student enrollment and recruitment work at our schools during the busiest time of year for this work. Working closely with one of our school leaders and the network student enrollment team, you will execute on a robust student enrollment strategy and process to meet our goal of 100% enrollment. As the primary point of contact for students and families in processing enrollment and registration, you will provide excellent customer service and ensure airtight follow up and follow through. This is a part-time, non-exempt role that reports to the Chief of Schools. Please note: This seasonal position is available from January to June for six hours per day, four days per week.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, required

• Working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications, required

• Canvassing, phone-banking, or event management experience, preferred

• Knowledge and cultural competence regarding the communities served by Ednovate, preferred

• Knowledge of public education and charter schools, preferred

• A full-time hourly wage ($22 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience)
