Job Title: Seller Support Executive – E-commerce Location: Pune (In-Office | Local Candidates Only) Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC Employment Type: Full-Time (5.5 Days/Week) Role Overview We are hiring Customer & Seller Support Executives in Pune to assist sellers on an e-commerce platform. You will handle merchant queries, resolve account or order issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle seller inquiries via voice, chat, or email and provide timely resolutions. Troubleshoot account, listing, and order issues following standard guidelines. Escalations management and inter-team coordination for technical queries. Maintain logs of customer interactions and performance/CSAT targets. Eligibility & Skills Experience: E-commerce/Customer Service background (Domestic/International) OR Non-E-commerce background with mandatory International Customer Support experience. Communication: Strong English skills (B2/B2+ level). Flexibility: Open to rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
