Conduct engaging classroom lectures, tests, and doubt-solving sessions in Gujarati and English. Prepare IIT-JEE-oriented study material, assignments, practice questions, and test papers. Monitor student performance and provide regular academic feedback. Stay updated with the IIT-JEE syllabus, exam pattern, and preparation strategies. Qualifications M.Sc./B.Sc./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Mathematics or a relevant discipline. Strong command of Mathematics concepts and the IIT-JEE syllabus. Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and English. Strong classroom management, presentation, and student-engagement skills. Experience 2–5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE coaching institutes preferred. Gujarati Medium teaching experience is mandatory.
