Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the campus, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality work standards. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and utilities to identify safety hazards, structural issues, or necessary repairs.
