Job Title: Executive Housekeeper Property: (Resort Property) Location: Nainital / Uttarakhand Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Negotiable up to ₹2,00,000 for top-tier candidates) Perks & Accommodation: Family Accommodation Provided Reporting To: General Manager / Management Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly polished, and commercially astute Executive Housekeeper Manager to head and elevate the complete housekeeping operations at 5 star Resort. The ideal candidate will come with strong luxury resort exposure, exceptional leadership capability, and a proven track record of maintaining world-class hygiene, room audit, and aesthetic standards. Eligibility & Ideal Candidate Profile Property Background: Candidates strictly from luxury resort properties. Target Brands & Designations: Oberoi / Aman: Currently working as a Housekeeping Manager (or above). Sujan / Evolve Back: Currently working as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager. Preferred Gender: Male candidate preferred (due to operational requirements). Personality & Communication: Exceptional grooming, strong leadership presence, and fluent spoken English communication skills. Key Responsibilities & Duties Departmental Leadership & Operations End-to-End Ownership: Head the entire Housekeeping department, supervising all housekeeping staff, setting operational standards, and driving high team morale. Daily Inspections: Conduct routine checks and audits of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure pristine cleanliness, readiness, and alignment with 5-star resort standards. Turnaround & Operations: Lead operational execution for group arrivals, departures, and VIP guest exits to ensure smooth, high-touch experiences. Budget & Cost Control: Manage departmental budgeting, track overheads, and control operating expenses without compromising service quality. Inventory & Vendor Management Inventory Control: Oversee stock management of linens, guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, uniforms, and housekeeping machinery. Maintain optimum par stock levels. Vendor Operations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for high-quality procurement, auditing store requisitions, quality checks, and product expiry dates. Team Training & People Development Staff Upskilling: Plan, schedule, and execute regular training programs for existing and newly onboarded housekeeping staff, especially local talent, to build a refined hospitality culture. Performance Reviews: Provide direct reports with timely feedback, performance evaluation, and team rosters (including long hours/break shifts during peak operations).
