Key Responsibilities Handle restaurant reservations through phone, email, and online platforms. Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, changes, and special requests. Plan table allocations and coordinate with restaurant teams. Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information. Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally. Build positive guest relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Protect guest privacy and follow up on unresolved queries. Required Skills Excellent English communication skills.
