The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to make mathematics engaging and understandable for middle school learners. Responsibilities Teach Mathematics as per CBSE curriculum for Grades 5–8. Prepare lesson plans and interactive classroom activities. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and analytical skills. Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment. Actively participate in school programs, faculty meetings, and academic planning. Eligibility Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics + B.Ed (mandatory). 2–5 years of teaching experience in State Board/CBSE schools preferred. Strong command over mathematical concepts and pedagogy. Ability to connect with students and inspire confidence in learning.
