As a Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly and professional voice for our clients, handling incoming calls with care and attentiveness. After each call, you’ll summarize the key details in a call log and pass it along to the appropriate client. • You speak and write Dutch at a native level

• You have a good command of English

• You can adapt to different work processes and handle your PC in an experienced manner
