You are fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken, at a native level.
You have a good command of English.
You’ve successfully completed your education or university studies and have already gained some professional experience in an office setting.
You have a passion for customer communication and bring persuasion skills and persistence to the role.
You possess solid PC skills and have a service-oriented mindset, with a natural focus on customer care.
