Manage the procurement process from purchase requests through purchase orders and supplier payments.
Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and ensure competitive sourcing.
Maintain an up-to-date and compliant supplier database, including screening against CBE and other relevant sanctions/negative lists.
Coordinate tendering activities and related committees.
Ensure purchase orders include all required commercial and technical terms, including pricing, specifications, quantities, contracts, and penalties.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval requirements, and contractual terms.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely settlement of supplier payments.
Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
CIPS certification is preferred.
Previous procurement and supply chain experience within the Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services sector.
Strong understanding of software, hardware, and technology procurement.
Good knowledge of supplier management, tendering, and procurement processes.
