We are seeking a skilled ICT Engineer as an independent contract worker to support the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and coordination of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems, including structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, security systems, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage systems critical to data center operations.

You will prepare technical documentation, perform engineering calculations, develop system layouts, and ensure design accuracy using BIM and ICT engineering tools. The role involves close collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and BIM teams in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through construction documentation and coordination.

Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

• →A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, IT, or a related field

• →Proven expertise as an ICT / telecommunications / low-voltage systems engineer

• →Written and spoken English B1 and higher

• →Experience in ICT design including structured cabling systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and security systems

• →Experience designing low-voltage systems for industrial, commercial, or mission-critical facilities

• →Experience using BIM modeling tools and design software

• →Hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit – is a must

• →Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments

• →Understanding of telecommunications standards and low-voltage system codes

• →Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• →Ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting project deadlines

• →Self-starters that are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• →Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner

• →Excellent communication skills
