• →Operate heavy equipment, specifically a front‑end loader, to load mulch and landscape materials into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
• →Load mulch and landscape materials using shovels, rakes, and other hand tools when needed
• →Assist with organizing and maintaining mulch piles and yard inventory
• →Provide friendly, professional customer service to walk‑in customers
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment
• →Assist with general yard labor as needed
• →Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, with emphasis on front‑end loader operation, strongly preferred
• Previous experience in outdoor labor, landscaping, or yard work preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must reside in or near Waukesha County

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to shovel, rake, and perform manual labor throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
