- 1–2 years of experience in an operational, financial, or business support role.
- Strong analytical ability to solve a range of operational or financial problems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with financial and procurement systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance policies and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving payment or compliance issues.
- Ability to provide guidance and training to business users on complex processes or systems.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
As a Senior Finance Specialist supporting US Commercial Business Operations, you will serve as a subject matter expert and super user for operating expense management and the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem. You will provide governance, operational insight, and practical guidance to commercial teams while helping ensure financial integrity and maximize the return on commercial investments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Govern and execute the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including strategic vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, and complex payment resolution.
- →Serve as the primary technical resource for business users of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Power BI, translating corporate finance policies into practical, effective workflows.
- →Manage high-touch vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with Ariba requirements and supporting the optimization of payment terms.
- →Use Power BI and Excel to monitor operational metrics, including first-time-right rates, cycle times, and MGC accuracy, identify process gaps, and recommend automation opportunities.
- →Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT on projects, agency transitions, and budget tracking.
