What you’ll do:
As a Data & Analytics Manager to lead our regional Data & Analytics organization and drive the execution of the Electrolux Latin America Data Strategy. This role will be accountable for bringing together Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics into one integrated and business-oriented capability.
In detail, you will:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team covering Data Governance, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Enterprise BI, and Data Analytics.
- Develop leaders and technical specialists, establish clear accountabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Translate the Latin America Data Strategy into a prioritized roadmap, ensuring that data initiatives, platforms, and capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
- Drive long-term planning, investment decisions, and capability development to increase organizational data maturity.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI can improve customer experience, revenue, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Own demand management, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution governance across the Data & Analytics portfolio. Establish scalable processes, delivery standards, and decision-making forums that balance business needs with technology capacity and strategic priorities.
- Oversee the evolution of data platforms, data pipelines, analytics environments, and governance processes. Ensure data quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence while promoting reuse of enterprise data assets and standards.
- Promote data literacy, adoption of data-driven decision making, and the development of advanced analytics and AI capabilities across the organization.
- Enable teams to leverage data effectively while building the foundations required for future AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation initiatives.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in Data & Analytics, including leadership experience across at least two of the following areas: Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including people leaders and senior technical professionals.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud architectures, data pipelines, data modeling, analytics, BI, and data governance.
- Desirable experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI initiatives.
- Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory.
Where you’ll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
