You will be based in Wroclaw, Poland, at our Supply Chain Center, which is responsible for material and production planning, aftermarket operations, supply chain market support, product launches, and supply chain digitalization and optimization initiatives.

About the Role

As a Material Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted availability of components for production while maintaining optimal inventory levels and strong supplier relationships. By applying best practices in supply chain management, you will contribute to achieving key business objectives related to material availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and product quality.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, specifically in material planning.

  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers across different regions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
