我们正在为一所镇江的国际学校招聘IB经济老师，到岗时间为尽快或2026年8月。

任职要求：
1.承担IB经济/A Level经济全英文授课，保证教学质量与学生优异出分。

2.带领经济学科组开展备课、教研与教学研讨，为团队提供专业指导与教学建议。

3.熟悉IB考纲与课程体系，统筹学科教学安排，提升整体教学水平。

4.负责经济优生培优，指导学生参与经济竞赛、冲刺牛剑等名校申请。

5.做好组内沟通协作，带动团队氛围，提升学科凝聚力。 

We are currently recruiting an IB Economics teacher for an international school in Zhenjiang. The expected start date is as soon as possible or by August 2026.

Job Requirements:

Offer full English-language instruction for IB Economics/A Level Economics courses, ensuring high teaching quality and excellent student performance.

2. Lead the economics subject group in conducting lesson preparation, teaching research, and teaching discussions, and provide professional guidance and teaching suggestions to the team.

3. Be familiar with the IB syllabus and curriculum framework, coordinate the teaching arrangements of various subjects, and enhance the overall teaching quality.

4. Be responsible for providing economic assistance for students' academic excellence, and guide them to participate in economic competitions and apply for prestigious universities such as Oxford and Cambridge.

5. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the group, foster a positive team atmosphere, and enhance the cohesion of the discipline.

1.海归优先；国内本科为211及以上，海外本科为QS前50院校。

2.三年及以上IB经济教学经验，教学成绩优秀；两年及以上经济学科组长经验；有两年及以上A Level经济教学经验者优先。

3.英语流利，可全英文授课；精通IB/A Level经济考纲与教学体系；具备教学领导力，工作主动，能给团队专业支持，有团队凝聚力。

1.Priority is given to those with overseas experience; for domestic applicants, a bachelor's degree from a university ranked among the top 211 institutions or above is required; for overseas applicants, a bachelor's degree from a university ranked within the top 50 in the QS rankings

2. At least 3 years of teaching experience in IB Economics, with outstanding teaching performance; at least 2 years of experience as a head of the economics department; candidates with at least 2 years of A Level Economics teaching experience will be given priority.

3. Fluent in English, capable of teaching in English; Proficient in the IB/A Level economics syllabus and teaching system; Possessing teaching leadership skills, proactive in work, able to provide professional support to the team, and having strong team cohesion.
