Physical Education PE Teacher

We are looking for a Physical Education PE Teacher for an international school in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2027-2028 academic year August 2027.

About the school

This is an international school located in Haidian. The school offers a combination of the national curriculum and US Common core to its students in elementary and middle school, and US Common core, AP, IGCSE and A-Level in high school. 

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subjects of PE, with a focus on basketball and football, to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Lead or assist in conducting extra-curricular clubs or Enrichment programs up to 3 hours and or teams/academic classes/study halls
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Three or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills
