Responsibilities

→Program, set up, and operate the ANCA TX7 CNC Grinder for carbide chamber reamer production
→Produce parts to blueprint specifications and meet daily production targets
→Operate additional manual manufacturing machines as needed
→Perform in-process inspection and basic gaging/metrology
→Maintain machines and tooling as needed
→Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience on a leading CNC tool & cutter grinder – ANCA strongly preferred, Walter or Rollomatic also considered
Proficient in ANCA programming software (ToolRoom / iGrind) or equivalent on Walter or Rollomatic
Ability to both program and run production
Strong blueprint reading skills
Basic math and trigonometry
