General Labourer

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Quality Control Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring all quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• →Inspect parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• →Identify and report defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
• →Package products according to established procedures and customer requirements.
• →Label, sort, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• →Maintain accurate records of inspections and production activities.
• →Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• →Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• →Assist with other production and warehouse duties as required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, or quality control experience is considered an asset but not required.

• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes and procedures.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining accuracy.

• Fast-paced manufacturing and production setting.
• Repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
