Hourly Pay: $26-$35
 

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Windsor-Essex area, is currently seeking an experienced Tool Maker / Mold Maker to join their growing team. This position will involve precision tooling repairs, modifications, assembly work, and support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  Repair, modify, and maintain tooling and components

• →

  Perform precision grinding, fitting, assembly, and welding tasks

• →

  Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• →

  Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production requirements

• →

  Ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met

• →

  Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Tool & Die / Mold Maker experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience working in a tooling or precision manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
