→Collaborate with co-teachers to develop cohesive, developmentally appropriate classroom plans and experiences.
→Build responsive relationships with toddlers and preschoolers.
→Observe children's interests, behavior, and developmental needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
→Support children through big emotions, conflict, transitions, and challenging moments using developmentally appropriate approaches.
→Communicate clearly and professionally with parents while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and boundaries.
→Share responsibility for classroom preparation, organization, documentation, routines, and transitions.
→Contribute your own strengths and ideas while remaining open to learning from colleagues.
→Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements and Alef-Bet's health, safety, confidentiality, and professional policies.

Qualifications
Required:

→Massachusetts EEC license
→Early childhood classroom experience
→Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a teaching team
→Strong professional judgment and communication skills
→Comfort working in a Jewish educational environment. Jewish knowledge or prior Jewish educational experience is not required.
