The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.

Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from January 11 to June 13).
You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.
You’ll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.
You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.
This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

→Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.
→Assist with overall campus leadership, executing the church's vision.
→Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience, and plan for strategic growth initiatives.

A desire to pursue vocational ministry.
Passion to pastor people and build leaders.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
Great attention to detail and time-management skills.

Familiarity with Elevation Church.
Experience leading people.
